    Men's Regency Trousers July 24, 2017
Reviewer: Kem Payton from Olathe, KS United States
This was my first time sewing a fall front trouser and I can say that the instructions and details in this pattern are excellent and will allow you to make a very nice fitting pair of trousers.  The fitting tips for the "portly gentleman" are golden and I was able to alter the pattern with very little trouble to fit my husband's more "mature" figure.  They looked very handsome in a butter yellow mid-weight linen and sewed up quickly.  I highly recommend this pattern and plan on using it to make some of the other styles of pants from the Regency.

Fall Front Trousers August 30, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Auckland, Auckland New Zealand
Hi there I've just started making these trousers.  I'm very impressed with how much detail you give about fabric, cottons etc.  Also you give historic facts.  It has taken me a little while to get used to your patterns and instructions.  I've got so used and lazy using commercial patterns.  But I am so glad to be able to get patterns for authentic period clothing as I make costumes for Musical Theatre.  Please keep up the good work.

Great fit and shape April 19, 2015
Reviewer: Matthew Nunn from Dallas, TX United States
Always wonderful and fast service!  I really enjoy the new format of the sewing instructions.  I decided to make up a muslin in a 36 waist of your new pattern #131 View E and have to say I'm very impressed with the outcome.

Overall, the instructions were easy to follow and understand.  There is one note I found in the instructions that was quite confusing/wrong:  In step 9 - 3 you state "place the wrong side of the lining on top of the right side of the waistband..."  experience told me better and I sewed them both right sides together, and had no trouble finishing out my waistband.

Overall, LOVE this pattern and have purchased several from you over the past couple of years and am never disappointed!  Would love to see you guys produce a great 1890's men's formal tailcoat/waistcoat/trouser combo or (even better) an 1830 style frock coat with a full skirt.

Look forward to more great things from you!!
